BenH
The only house in Houston by Corpus Christi architect Richard S. Colley is up for sale, for lot value. 108 Timberwilde - Greer House - Richard Colley, 1967. http://search.har.com/engine/108-Timberwilde-Ln-Houston-TX-77024_HAR73649228.htm Colley was once partners with O'neil Ford, and designed many buildings around the world for Texas Instruments, as well as private residences and other buildings. His primary work is in Corpus Christi, and his most well known was the Corpus Christi Memorial Coliseum that was recently demolished. The Thomas Price designed house across the street has been completely restored. Wish someone would do the same for this one.
Scott08
I'd be shocked if they could get that much money for lot value. Although it's big and on an "exclusive" street, there's a bigger parcel in River Oaks for sale that also backs up to the bayou, and it's been lingering for a year at around $6M.
