BrianSCR Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Xtreme Fitness has been open for a little while, but just wanted to let everyone know that Dynamic Fitness just opened right at the Academy complex. I took a tour today at Dynamic Fitness and thought both gyms had very similar amenities. Given that neither has a pool, rock wall, basketball court, or anything else fancy, I thought the membership rates were a little expensive.There was once a rumor that LifeTime Fitness planned to open a location at or near the Pearland Town Center.
