tux
Anyone know what is going up in front of JC penny next to La Medaline - I thought Simon had put the breaks on building the Grand.

I know that in 2007 Dick's Sporting Goods was in negotions with Simon to open one of its first Houston market locations at West Grand Promenade. Apparently that didn't pan out.
