It will have Hotels, Conference & Event Centers, Dinner Cruise Yacht, Wellness Center, Residential communities, Boardwalks, marinas, restaurants, amusements, water park and more. They began the concept five years ago and to date have invested over $2 million dollars. The scope of the development changed dramatically in mid 2008 when the possibility of purchasing the entire 272 acres of Rincon from Port of Corups Christi.
