I guess they didn't want anybody making extraordinary, last-minute withdrawals or gifts.While not another ponzi scheme (at least not on the surface of what has been stated so far), it does demonstrate the need to consider transparency (the lack thereof, that is) as a risk factor. According to officials, checks found inside the plane were believed to be connected to the Gulf cartel, reputed to be Mexico's most violent gang.Source of of the above-market returns, perhaps?
