editor Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 A lot of malls in the America from Minnesota to New York and probably elsewhere claim to be the first or the oldest. The one that opened in 1828 has finally closed.According to this article, Westminster Arcade in Rhode Island has closed.
