westguy76
This is going to be a Holiday Inn Express, Cheddar's Restaurant, Spring Creek BBQ, and a fourth pad site that hasn't been determined yet. Main Event Entertainment will be on the other side of the ditch (to the west). It's all right here, folks
Trae
The fourth pad site should be a Braums, Checkers, or something we don't have in this area. Also, are all Main Events more or less the same? I wonder how large this one will be. Most seem to be 60,000 square feet. The Fort Worth one is 75K (the largest). Don't think we will see one here for a while as they like to stay closer to their headquarters near Oklahoma City.A good restaurant I've eaten out in AZ and CA is Claim Jumper. They have a little of everything and its all pretty good and HUGE portions. Not that we need another Mexican food restaurant, but a Chuys going in wouldn't hurt my feelings.
