mrseg
Be aware when renting a dumpster to make sure you ask all the right questions. Sometimes there are fees added in that are not explicitly stated when getting a quote. I called Houston dumpsters and they seemed pretty helpful in determining what size I needed for my project. heightslurker
Is it just me or has anyone else wondered about this property? The one across 12th street from the HHA firehouse? It has recently gone up "for sale by owner". Looks like the perfect artists' studio...I've always wondered if anyone lives there? jamesw
I talked to a couple of guys that were interested in buying it and heard (hearsay only) that the asking price is 2 million. I live just down the block so have been very curious about it as we walk by on our way to Milroy. It would make great loft apartments - have a look inside. You'd have to build out a second story though. It's really cool.CheersJames
Houstonian1945
home depot has these big dumpster green bags in the building materials section for around 25 bucks. you fill them and call waste management when you are ready to have them picked up. you do have to leave them by the street since a truck with arm comes by and picks it up.
