I could go on but everyone should get the gist of it by now.... PS, new good neighbors are seen all around already, jogging around the convent, strolling, driving. Love it. Keep em coming! ITS A MIRACLE A DEVELOPER (Hello) OUT THERE HAS NOT TAKEN NOTICE and started building 3-4 story townhomes with great views of the wooded area on the East and the Downtown Skyline on the West. Just a few blocks from 45, 2 minutes from Golf Course, University of Houston just 5 minutes away, great bordering nabes ie Idylwood and a very quiet Retirement home for clergy and historic Vila De Matel Basilica w/pleasant bells that toll on ocassion, joggers passing every few minutes around convent. Listing There have been many new homes being built in this immediate area. "Someone" finally listened! These are nice spacious classy ones too. Note to developer's: Build 2 - 3 story homes in this area, owner's will get best views of wooded area to the East and Downtown skyline to the West. Town and country feel if you will.
