I know some of you may not be happy with the process due to the loss of historical significance of an area or the quality of revitalization itself. However, that's a separate matter. Assuming that things are going to change, what would you speculate given the choices above? By the way, I havnt listed Northline, Fifth Ward, Acres homes and other areas at the edge of the city etc since, frankly, I dont see much hope in the near future but then that's what I think.
