crunchtastic Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 (edited) We were reading that article this morning. Especially love how the 'go-to' guy for operations is in federal prison--for fraud. I have zero knowledge of the law, but how is it possible that the DA refused the case, saying it didn't meet the test for fraud, if there was the same pattern of behavior and outcomes in a string of different deals and properties?
