Does anyone have any idea where I can get a leases agreement and other needed documents like lead base acknowledgment. Thanks for your response. This, in addition to the TREC forms, should be good resources to build your own form... I checked the link, but there are no forms dedicated to residential lease that are not related to the purchase or selling of a property...
