kw_uh97 Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Hello EveroneJust got finished with the rehab on my investment property and am ready to rent to a potential tenant. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a leases agreement and other needed documents like lead base acknowledgment. Thanks for your response. Quote
satriela Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 nolo's books are a good way to find standard legal forms. www.nolo.comIf you join Houston Apartment Association, www.haaonline.org you get access to their standard forms.Good Luck! Quote

BryanS Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 http://www.trec.state.tx.us/formslawscontr...s-contracts.aspIf you go to the real estate section in Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc., they have books with ready-made applications, lease agreements, etc - many of which come on disc that you can modify to your liking... This, in addition to the TREC forms, should be good resources to build your own form... I checked the link, but there are no forms dedicated to residential lease that are not related to the purchase or selling of a property... Texas Association of Realtors has excellent forms... but you have to a realtor to use those forms... Quote
