The signs have been up for a very long time now, but there's been no activity. It seems like a lot of these big projects are delayed for some reason...La Centerra is open and I guess phase two is underway...the villagio at westheimer parkway and peek is open now, but the "mall" on the north side of I-10 by the JC penny is delayed.Who knows!
