Rammed Earth Homebuilding

Ran across this today, and was wondering if anyone knew of any projects like this in the area - or of its feasibility here:

Some look quite nice, imo, and the solar capabilities are a plus.

Not sure these would work out with the climate here. Also not sure they would pass the city's engineering standards. Outside the city limits, it shouldn't be an issue.

I find them simplistic yet fascinating and I'd love to see one in person.
