Monopoly will use the top 20 cities voted for and the top two nominated cities for the new game board. You can vote 10 cities and 1 nominated city, once a day. If they made Boardwalk into Paris, I couldn't hope to gain entitlements so as to break ground on a hotel before the game ended. Aside from that, the currency risk would be too great.
