IronTiger Posted October 12, 2007 Share Posted October 12, 2007 I'd often drive with my family on vacations to Houston, and one thing I fondly remember...besides the many Service Merchandises (Merchandisi?), there was the Foley's building. Sadly, when Federated decided to buy it out, the office building closed and is no longer visible. The Foley's sign is gone, making it just another faceless skyscraper. It was very visible from the Interstate, had large windows, the modern block FOLEY'S, and about 6-8 stories (more or less since the interstate was elevated).
