abcd
Would like to find out which banks are still offering true no documentation (not stated income) real estate investment loans at 70% or 80% LTV for folks with credit scores of around 790-800. It appears like Country Wide and Bank of America - two of the banks who used to offer no doc investment loans are not offering them any more). We need No Doc loan because we will not be able to show enough income to pay for our personal home and also this investment home we are considering. We have 20% to 30% down payment money to pay for the investment home. The home we are considering can easily be rented and the rent amount will be enough to take care of mortgage payment of the 80% loan, taxes, and insurance. Thanks for your help. TAK
You'll probably have to go the Hard Money route now...

houstonmacbro
I hear a commercial all the time for Zeus Mortgage. Know nothing about them, but someone might.I've never heard them specifically mention NoDoc, but they do mention Zero Downs are still available.
