How about painting? Are you located in the back of the Woodlands, where there is a lot of expansion, etc going on, or are you in the front by Grogans, etc.? If I were you, I would ask my neighbors. But then again I'm a paranoid mom!

Vertigo58
There must be some remodeling or some kind of work done on a nearby resident. I would say that a truck may have backed up and turned around and these fell out as the load shifted. These blades are sold in bulk sometimes for construction guys to do their work. Just save in garage for future use. If someone wanted to break in I assure you a blade would be the last resort. Now, if it were a set of skeleton keys on a chain or crow bar or gun, now thats something to be concerned about. Too bad it wasn't a bag of loot. >
gwilson
Unless the blades were positioned up and spaced for your tires to run over them, there is no reason to believe anything sinister is going on.Check with the neighbors and keep an eye out. editor
Grackles. They're attracted to shiny things, and sometimes drop a few on the way back to the nest.

ricco67
MAYBE they were EMO's chasing the blade carrying blades and dropped them to make their escape!
TJones
MAYBE they were EMO's chasing the blade carrying blades and dropped them to make their escape! The whosawhatzits ? Try that one again ricco LOL! I apologize for making lite of this subject susan. I am sure you were a little rattled. There could have possibly been razor blades left on the bumper of your car at homedepot, or the local HEB, and they fell off when you got home as you stopped the car in front of your garage ? I am sure you have nothing to worry about at this point. Just ask neighbors to keep an eye out, and you keep an eye out for your neighbors. Original Timmy Chan's
I think it's more likely that the grackle was chasing the emo. Which one do you think is the aggressor?
Guest Marty
I think someone was dusting out in your driveway aka snorting cocaine.

native5th
Here's a thought..are there telephone poles near where the blades were found? Maybe someone working on a telephone line..or cable above your house had them and accidentally dropped them.
ricco67
You mean, like Grackles doing coke on the poles? Talk about brazen. No wonder I hate the darn things.
