Frank M
I hope I'm not out of line by posting this, but I figured that if dad's old friend Mayor Cutrer had a topic, dad certainly deserved one, and I'd love to hear comments from anyone that knew him. If the topic get's bumped, so be it.http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/deaths/5027809.html

TJones
I am saddened to hear about your loss. I know what it's like to lose a Father. I think that with all your Father's accomplishments and what seems like tireless work for the city over the years, that he will no doubt have a school or park or perhaps fountain named in his honor. He certainly deserves to be remembered and immortalized in some form or fashion. Especially when you have been a part of some of Houston's major historical events in the past 100years of our fair city.An Irish Prayer:May God give you...For every storm, a rainbow,For every tear, a smile,For every care, a promise,And a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends,A faithful friend to share,For every sigh, a sweet song,And an answer for each prayer. PapillionWyngs
I personally knew Franck Mancuso. He tried really hard to help my parents fight against problems in their neighborhood, and visited personally with them many times. God Bless His Soul.
