I am saddened to hear about your loss. I know what it's like to lose a Father. I think that with all your Father's accomplishments and what seems like tireless work for the city over the years, that he will no doubt have a school or park or perhaps fountain named in his honor. He certainly deserves to be remembered and immortalized in some form or fashion. Especially when you have been a part of some of Houston's major historical events in the past 100years of our fair city.

I personally knew Franck Mancuso. He tried really hard to help my parents fight against problems in their neighborhood, and visited personally with them many times.
