Growing up it was a really bad neighborhood but 20 years later it has changed and i believe its going to get better in the years to come. Jax Posted July 10, 2007 Share Posted July 10, 2007 (edited) I took some photos not far from there a while back, and I thought it was weird that all of the older homes had huge bars on the doors and windows (it must have been pretty bad at one point), but the newer townhouse across the street had none of that). It did seem a bit sketchy around there, but I could see it improving in the future. If they ever build that mixed use Hardy Yards development, that would probably help a lot.
