There are plenty of investors out there willing to screw you out of every dime you've got.I would think that you would be able to unload it quickly via the MLS if it is priced well, and you could probably recover some of your equity (assuming you have some). If you don't have any equity then investors probably aren't going to touch it, because there's nothing to take from you.
