Is there anything wrong or against Autumn Lake I should be aware of? I have never been to the neighborhood, but plan to go this week or weekend to check it out.Thanks in advance... His concern was the high tax rate (not quite as high as SCR, but higher than many other neighborhoods at 3.620405%). He ended finding a house for the same money, but with a lower tax rate. TAK Posted June 1, 2007 Author Share Posted June 1, 2007 yeah, i started to notice that after i wrote the post and did some more digging... between taxes and brazoria county insurance rates, you're looking about about $800 - $1,000 a month in taxes and insurance on a 200 - 225kk home. (10k - 12k a year!)where did your buyer buy? i'm trying to not get too far into Pearland East (if Pearland), but the taxes in the west are a bit over the top.
