Is this new? While reading about it, the Phase dates are pretty old, but I've been to this website before and don't remember seeing it. So has it already been created? If not, I really hope it does. Would be something amazing to see from a blimp on say, a Monday Night Football telecast some day in the future.

Anyway, I think the concept is pretty sick and very creative.
