house567 Posted May 5, 2007 Share Posted May 5, 2007 I have a low sloping gabled roof that I would like to increase slope and provide larger dormer to replace 30 yr old HVAC unit. I, wife and kids will do lots of the work ourselves but need a plan that will pass permitting process. Can't afford big bucks cause I'm too old to go deep in debt. Any curious takers want to meet?
