jb4647
I'm moving into a condo at the end of the month and would like to turn a shelving area in the living room into a wet bar. Probably would like a mirror in the back and a light up top as well as a sink. Any suggestions on who could do a job like this and about what a ballpark figure it would cost? Here's a photo of what it looks like now:
musicman
should be an interesting project. i hope you have a drain nearby already otherwise adding it will be expensive, particularly if you're on a slab (pier/beam would be easier). the light should be easily, if you have access to attic. otherwise the lighting could get hairy too. mirrors are easy Edited April 9, 2007 by musicman

Pumapayam
Make sure it is sturdy enough to handle someone strutting their stuff and add some support for dancing, maybe at a pole on one side.
jb4647
Just behind the bar wall is the guest bathroom so there is access to plumbing...
musicman
Just behind the bar wall is the guest bathroom so there is access to plumbing...that's good news as long as a drain is on the wall immediately behind the proposed bar. if it is on another wall, it may not work so easily. as for cost, depends a lot on the materials you want to use.
