Guest Plastic
Liek many inner HOuston malls Gulfgate was decayed and dwindling on business. my question is why'd they have to tear it down? They could have rennovates it and made it more like Baybrook, or Greenspoint atleast. It sits on a prime locale, and nothing draws more traffic than a mall.If not they could have used it for mized use. Have a shopping, apartment, office center. Top it off with aPark&Ride on the premises.WItht hat said I wonder what they're going to do with ALmeda, it's closing sometime near.
The Great Hizzy!
You do realize property values and retail sales in the renovated Gulfgate Center are at all-time highs, right?
