    I wish the developer would go ahead and build the condo part over the pavilions.

    I believe groundbreaking is in 2012, other than that seen no info on any design changes, and yes it is a great time for some start up projects that I've been dying for to breakground.

    That would be awesome, having an urban layout from dynamo stadium connecting it to downtown Houston:).

    Can't wait to see it rise. Maybe they'll have that whole area around the stadium with some mixed used or office buildings:).
