I went to PSP a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed, but it was only one visit. The tap was messed up and giving off a bunch of foam, but instead of fixing or suggesting a different beer the bartender just kept letting the foam die down and pour some more. The Guinness tasted terrible as a result. The layout felt kind of like a shotgun house, thin with an exit on each end, and the prices were about average. I didn't try any food.
Also Yao's is dead as a doornail every time I go by. Andalucia and McCormick and Schmick's seem to be pulling in the business.
That's cause he was injured last year. Next year buisness will be booming!

So what's the floor count now?

Wow from that angle you can really see right through the building.
This wind turbine suspense is killing me, are they even going to put them in? That would really suck if they just dropped that part of the building for whatever reason.

She's a beaut!
IMO, this is the most architecturally interesting tower that has gone up since the 1980s.

Does anyone know what they are gonna build next to Embassy Suites? It is kind of empty, or just leave for another development?
My guess is parking.

Wow those buildings are close. Thanks for the update.
It's called density.
I like it!

Very nice. The glass almost looks green in that shot.

Pretty exciting seeing something go up amidst this economy, even if it isn't THAT tall.

This doesn't really affect me much. In my experience, Continental's meals have been pretty crappy. The last meal I had on Continental was this soggy "pig in a blanket." Yuck.
Usually, I eat my meals in the terminal. Just today I had great food at Chile's in St. Louis.

Wow I am impressed with the glass! I has a certain architecture that is similar to cities like Vancouver or Seattle. (Which have great skylines IMO)

Wow! I am impressed with the progress!

The developer gets to anything he wants with this propert, as long as its approved. Since the original plans were denied again today, I would imagine a lawsuit is coming.
I live in the neighborhood, and whenever I go to the meetings at Poe Elementary, its so funny to see everyone get all riled up. Everyone wants to keep this inner-city neighborhood a suburb, that is not good for city infustructure. That means all other people that live furthur out have to travel THROUGH Bissonnet to get to the inner-city. They should build it, maybe it will start a trend of more dense development, where you dont have to rely on cars to get around. Oh well, probably going to bet flamed by anti-ashby people.
BTW, this is my first post, so make me feel welcome lol.

How many more floors to go? I believe on another thread someone said it was already at 21 stories.
If that's true, it's almost topped out.
Not bad, it fills in nicely and doesn't look THAT short.
That's what she said.
