Art Of Living Organization has initiated a FREE outreach program (Mind Body Wellness ) to equip people with tools to 1. reduce stress 2. improve health and happiness 3. increase energy levels 4.   5. Yoga Empowerment Service (YES!+) provides university students and young professionals with tools to reach their highest potential and has already made a difference to thousands across the world.
