One thing that HAR does when it comes to this feed is that they make downloading the pictures extremely slow. Since this is a brand new web application we have run into some bugs. Just a few days ago we had trouble on the server and lost the photos. So, diverse solutions set up a redundant system so it does not happen again and we are waiting for all the pictures to be downloaded. In the end it will likely be about a week before all the pictures for every listing are back on the search tool. With 30,000 active properties for sale and another 20,000 rental listings it ends up being alot of data.

Hi, everyone I am glad people like our office's new search tool. We are working really hard to bring more transparency to the Houston market place, all the while keeping with in HAR's strict guidelines. To have the ability to keep it up we need individuals to show their preference and of course use our services. HAR makes it very expensive to have a custom search platform developed.
