Slightly getting off topic but HEB sure is building a lot of new stores. Randall's and Krogers do not develop as fast. The HEB mixed use on Kirby will help the foot traffic of the nearby Buffalo Speedway store.

So does this help reduce foot traffic for the Buffalo Speedway store? Probably to early to tell but I bet they are both at maximum capacity. Maybe a 3rd HEB will help
