Took this photo from a new location! On top of the Dillard's Galleria garage

Parked at Dillard's near the 610 feeder to walk to The Galleria.  Little to my knowledge, you can no longer walk across the street! I had to walk to W Alabama and then cross at the light.

They're building a concrete neighborhood barrier at the 610/Fournace exit?

At least they're thinking of the Bellaire residents.

Believe they're also doing it at 59/Chimney Rock. 

I didn’t post photos, yet, but they’re punching holes for the fence posts. Also chopping down small tree limbs to make way.

This will be a chain link fence, I believe, for now.

I wonder who was the developer, architect, and builder of the office building in Bellaire located at 4710 Bellaire Boulevard.

Looks like it's also a Medical Office Building (MOB) that contains offices for Houston Methodist, Texas Children's Hospital, Memorial Hermann, UT Physicians, and a standalone (not affiliated?) McGovern clinic. 

The McGovern clinic was founded on principals of John P. McGovern but I don't think the funding came directly from the McGovern family, nor the UT System. I wonder the deal about the naming rights to the clinic? I wonder if it was named that way just for the fame. Everyone knows the McGoverns. 

Edit: Is this apart of the 3 (5?) building office complex called Pin Oak Park?
