Shame none of these worked out. There was some type of Gensler study about revitalizing GWP a few years ago. Haven't heard anything since.

After 22 years in 2 Greenway Plaza, T-Mobile US Inc. (Nasdaq: TMUS) has signed on to be the anchor tenant for a 17-story tower about a mile away.
The Bellevue, Washington-based wireless company inked a long-term, 29,142-square-foot lease at 4126 Southwest Freeway, according to a press release from Toronto-based Avison Young. T-Mobile will occupy three-and-a-half floors of the building, which will change its name from River Oaks Tower to T-Mobile Tower.

I was wrong for two months! Site looks to be located behind Hanover River Oaks, not across the street where I was taking previous photos.

Anybody else notice the vandalism at the site? The front entrance window was broken. There is broken glass, that hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks. Could be theft as well.
