That's what I would like to know. It seems that little strip of land may not be useful for much unless The Ambassador is bought and torn down. What a great piece of property that would be.

Exactly, I can't think of a better plus. Wait until summer when it is 100 degrees and raining (at the same time!!), your car is in the shade and protected. I can't believe all the negative posts here. WF has only been opened a few months and already people are citing its demise (some comments a month ago). It does take some time to readjust and fine tune the program, give them a break.

What is happening in the far right foreground where it's fenced off and there are a couple of piles of rubble? I know Astoria is on the left but don't know about right side.

Can someone get a picture the progress? I live out of town so my only chance of seeing it is when people post pictures. BTW, the pictures that have been posted are great. Thanks.

Financing for a project like this would have been in place years ago. Now is the time to be building it so that by the time it's finished the economic situation will have turned and the project will be fresh for the market.
