Yes Commerce Equities, Inc. is a development company that carries a rep for being Green Friendly, they were the 2006 Houston Arbor Award recipient, "Save the Trees", for commercial construction of Bayou on the Bend on Memorial Drive. That project is beautiful because they saved the trees, and designed around the trees so that the development incorporates all the beautiful fauna of Buffalo Bayou.
