  1. It's hard not to get things mixed up in Houston with things changing so quickly. When I was in HS 15 years ago, Cypress was pretty much just a couple neighborhoods, forest and farmland.
Well that's due to the city of Houston and there ability not to stop the annexation of other communities around them. Trust me its just a matter of time before they take Texas
  2. The CMSA stands for "Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area" and is now comprised of ten counties including Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Waller, Austin, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Liberty, and Chambers.
Don't Stop there Houston, lets take Brazos County next there not that far away then Bryan-College Station can add about 160,000 people to Harris County but no... no.... continue until we take TEXAS!!!!!!!!
  3. But honestly I think many people look at neighborhoods and base their knowledge off a what they may have heard from a random guy
That is 100% true, most people look at the apartments/ area and judge the look of the neighborhood, for example : they might see blacks or Mexicans hanging around: and people want to make false judgements and think its a slum. On the other hand if they see white kids hanging around they think its a nice neighborhood. I always hear that from people in College Station AKA "Caucasian Station", whenever they go to Bryan and see the Mexicans and blacks just chillin they always like to call us "ghetto"and make un-true actuations.
  4. College Station is a very "white" town. I live there for 4 years, it was lame. I don't know how minorities can live there. I guess with the urban station coming in, maybe it is a sign of changes in the demographics to come
Well, this has to be the funniest thing (but true) i have heard. But just to update people on the outside looking in, we still don't have a hip-hop/R&b radio station, and i have no idea when we're getting one
  5. This is going to sound stupid to all you people in the Woodlands area, but how is The Woodlands looking so beautiful and new? It seems like everything I just saw was built yesterday. What is the future of the city? What do the economy look like ? Why is it that the Woodlands continue to prosper unlike any city in the state? Every time I see the Woodland something is being built or in the process of getting built. Its a beautiful city be proud of it.

  6. Its been Months since a true hip-hop/R&B station was in town no disrespect to KNDY 95 but when i listen to them they play at the most 3 rap songs in a row then some pop or pop/country or pop/country/rock mixed into one and i dont want to hear that i wanna here my Texas rap music not commercial rap but until then its 97.9 out of houston or 104.3 out of austin

  7. I wonder who decided to build a new Radio Shack right across the street from Hastings on Villa Maria, i guess with the new building they're closing the current location just up the street, as i passed by and noticed the sign on the building i looked at where the customers are going to park because the parking lot is small unless people will park at Wal*greens and walk down to the store
