I was playing with that last week and noticed they had lots of the commercial roads in Houston but still lack alot of the residential.
Do you think they have a truck driving around taking the pics?

Calhoun Rd.

you were hiding!
I had the little wiggly kid to occupy my time.

I was there as well.
Very interesting tour. I got to pick my docent

lowbrow, do you mean Pisgah National Forest, or is there a Pisqua, too? I've been to Pisgah and done the Blue Ridge Parkway, too. Grandfather Mountain with the mile high swinging bridge is cool.
Yeah Pisgah.. I couldnt remember the spelling.. I even ran it through google and it came up with a bunch of hits so I kept the spelling. LOL. Yeah the parkway is a nice drive. I hitchhiked it once and got a ride in a 911 and the guy had a foot of lead... what a fun but scary time.
Sliding Rock you mean? That is vaguely familiar but actually I do mean Shining Rock...

We are just west of HEndersonville, in Highlands. Its getting REALLY crowded up there lately.
Ah, I used to do quite a bit of back packing up at Pisqua. Ever been to the Devil's Chimney, Shining Rock or Cold Mountain?
I have family in Hendersonville still and Ashville too.

I personally dont think I know anyone that would voluntarily move to Vegas. I think it was a poor choice to make the point.
Anyway, I am all for improving Houston's image abroad but I'm still not in it for trying to bring in the crowds. I'd just like to talk to my relatives in New York and California and not have to defend my home city everytime. Trying to get family out here for my wedding was murder. (Didnt help that it was in May.)

^^^ I saw a guy driving one of those back around rodeo. He looked scared.

I'm with you guys on NC. Wilmington up to the outter banks is just beautiful. I'm torn between the coastal regions and the mountians out west around Hendersonville.
Those would be my two picks but unfortunately not a lot of need for petrophysicists out that way.

Bah 4 of 10.

I agree with you on one point KJB and that is that the content of Air America is pretty blah.
So by your statement about social policies wouldnt you think that Cohen was doing these poor folk a favor?
-
I used to live in the Oakwood too.
Loved my remote control fireplace.
-
I read $480,000 and the money was "scandalized" by the previous owners of the name "Air America".
Personally, I think the current network sucks but I don't think they are at fault for the larceny.

Looks to me like someone needs to look into weighless approved haircuts next time.

Looks like they are making mountains of mole hills to me.
Boo on Al for not screening the name they bought better first.

Its cool - .
The guys at Romanos can be pretty rude too. I am cool with it since most of the time it is actually entertaining. I once oredered a pizza with light sauce. When I picked it up I noticed it was swimming in sauce. I told the guy I ordered light sauce, he argued and said I asked for heavy sauce. We bickered for awhile until his partner came out and screamed at him to make me a new pizza. The guy winked at me and they ended up giving me the pizza for free. That is only time they have messed up an order an I eat there 1-2 times a week.
Exactly.
I swear they'de lean forward and smack ya in the head if you took too long to order. They used to give my buddy hell all the time for showing up each day right about munchie time. Ah, fond memories.

I'm not sure what the rents are but I have heard the tenants bleet about them some. The legalese in the lease is a nightmare aswell.

Funny, I just had to cancel my reservation at the InterContinental in Dubai. Was looking forward to that.

I personally never cared for Star. Probably been about a dozen times over the past 7 years and it never impressed me.
Antonio's is pretty good for the traditional thin crust. I'd rate it second after Romano's.... but I still havent tried alot of these other places you guys are mentioning.
The pizza served by the slice at Costco's isn't too bad either.
-
Romano's at West Grey and Dunlavy.
-
You'll have to let us know. I'm a huge Romano's fan that would like to branch out.

BTW, even though this house is still on HAR as available, according to the listing agent, the people renting it have bought it.

I find it mildly amusing that I can get hassled downtown for taking a picture of a building or bridge... yet I can now pull it up off of the web. Perhaps after an act of terrorism the government will request all the IPs of the people that pulled up that set of shots.
