I think that in a couple of years North Katy will become more affluent that South Katy, because of the whole Grand Mall project at I-10 and Grand Parkway. All low-income homes will be taken down,and they will be replace by new homes. Or either the small homes will increase their prices because they are going to be near the new mall.

i really don't think that the katy area needs buses...........because then it will look like houston.........only minorities riding them............that would make the katy areallllllllooooooooooook abad

if ya wanted to live in a suburb use yar kar........or else move into a townhome near houston downtown

I think that "The Grand Mall' at Grand Parkway and the Katy Freeway, and "The Shoppes at the Grand" should start begin digging up!.........."The Indigo Earth Project" or in other words the new Water Park at the Katy Freeway between Westgreen Boulevard and Fry Road should start digging up too!! or something like the brand new "Gardens Westgreen" at I-10 and Westgreen Boulevard.

I'm a student at Morton Ranch high school.......and you guys won't even imagine how crowded are tha hallways!!!!!!!! You can't even walk..............through

Obviously ..............many people critize Morton Ranch High School......because is a ver diversed school. But Diversity is what makes the world beautiful! 48% white........35% Hispanics........11% African America........ 6% Asians................all nicely divided! This is area is getting better each year................I'm moving there for sure!!!!!

This is a call for all the people that live in the Katy Area!!!!!!! We really need to do something about annexation!!!!!!! Houston is annexing chunks and pieces, along the Katy Freeway Corridor. We should stop that, and declarea indepence from Houston's ETJ, just like our founding fathers did for our country! leave any opinions you guys want!

so........what i'm trying to do..........i mean if you guys are architects or something related to that..........please encourage home builders to build master planned communities in North Katy.........to actually stop making a Katy-Spring Branch Area!

I think that no apartments should be in the suburbs, because "we" middle-class people don't want all the lower-class minorities nearby our neighborhoods or schools.

Well, I totally think so because there are many Hispanics on the northside of the katy freeway! and Morton Ranch, and Mayde Creek High Schools are getting kinda ghetto, they both have a 40 % population of Hispanis in their alumni, and besides, there many Hispanic meat markets aroudn North Fry Road like "La Alameda Carniceria" = The Alemeda Meatmarket, and also " La Durango Carniceria". What do you guys think about it??
