This project should never have been approved. Where are the environmental, drainage, traffic, and fire department studies. This property is land locked and there is a legal agreement concerning this property with the adjacent property. Developer is trying to tell adjacent property what part if any of the legal agreement he will honor. There will be a binding mediation concerning this agreement. The other adjacent property has sued to stop this project. This project should have had all these questions answered before approval.
