  1. Parkway does not include Twenty Greenway Plaza as apart of the Greenway campus. I'm always confused.  Where are buildings 13 - 19?  CBRE has Twenty Greenway Plaza, is that why Parkway does not mention it?

I'd also personally include the newly built 3737 Buffalo Speedway.  It's a Class-A office building down the street from the campus.

I've seen better fitness rooms at a Comfort Inn. And no pool? For $2.2 million you could get a place in the 2727 Kirby with better views (it's much taller), a huge fitness center, concierge service, and a massive amenity deck with a pool, putting green, dog run, etc... and it's much closer to a Whole Foods than this one (that was touted as a perk).

Not to mention Central Market is across the street!

  3. That's neat!

Did a little research about MRI machines. From Time

    Quote

Used low-field MRI machines can be as cheap as $150,000 or as expensive as $1.2 million. For a state-of-the-art 3 Tesla MRI machine, the price tag to buy one new can reach $3 million.

The room that houses the machine, called an MRI suite, can cost hundreds of thousands more. Safety features must be built in to protect those right outside from the magnetic field. Add in patient support areas and installation costs, and a suite with just one machine can cost anywhere from $3 million to $5 million. Recouping these costs factors into your bill, but that alone does not tell the entire story.

this is huge news though, picking downtown instead of uptown? certainly 15 years ago, you would hope that a sentence like that would one day be uttered, but to actually see someone say they picked downtown over uptown? huge.

I personally would prefer this in Uptown.  Huge news indeed!
