This design is better. A 28 story tower in that location is going to be awesome.

I think Montrose 1100 is pretty much Houston in a nut shell.

Even with road cutting though it, there is still some green space and this development remains flawless. I'm salivating for this development either way. If having that tiny narrow street to nowhere keeps the neighbors happy and shuts them up so the project can move forward, I'm all for it.

That's a bad description of downtown Houston. Surely there is a better way to describe it. I can understand feeling a need to not sound like you are promoting it, but planting negative imagery into the heads of everyone just before they go into the subforum isn't very constructive. Websites that sow negativity will reap negativity.
