It's way too big for the supporting infrastructure. the streets around it are mostly residential with no parking restrictions. there's barely room for two cars to pass as it is. as planned (16 stories) it's an entire subdivision on a city block. i talked to a reporter at the examiner new who is trying to get a story out on it, but no-one is talking to him - not the residents, not the developer (matt dilick), no-one. says in all his years writing for the paper this has never happened before. why all the secrecy, matt?
