Welcome to Houston!
-
like I said they still don't have all the renderings and I'm sure they wouldn't have it as plain as it looks in the renderings. Why would they have it looking that plain anyways, its suppose to be an attraction.
-
I forgot to mention they are also making a $90 million hotel
-
I know but at least its a theme park and one for the Houston area

I'm sure there will be more to that. They still don't have the rendering showing all the rides. They only show rollercoaster, they also don't have the rendering for the waterpark either.
-
No this is about half a mile down the road of that. The dinosaur project had a meeting on febuary the 15 and there might still be hope for that as well.

The plans for this were originally for Tomboll, but they found a better deal for land in New Caney. The Grand Texas Theme Park is going to breakground the 15 of October and Open 2015.
Here is the link to their website http://www.grandtexas.net/grandtexasthemeparkB.html

That's because I believe it is Gables phase 2 of the West Ave. complex. It is right behind West Ave. and appears to be a near mirror image of the oppisite corner.
Yea it is the second phase of west ave.
