The parcel at 401 Harrington St is up for sale. I don't know when this was initially listed, but the earliest listing I found was September.

401 Harrington is adjacent to 414 Pinckney St.

The Harris County Clerk's website shows a warranty deed was recorded in October for 401 Harrington St. Metro / Metropolitan Transit Authority is listed as the grantee.

Correction: Metro / Metropolitan Transit Authority did not acquire 401 Harrington St. The property remains available for sale.

401 Harrington LLC  is the listed seller of what I thought was 401 Harrington St. However, Metro acquired a different property from 401 Harrington LLC.

According to warranty deed, Metro purchased a 0.075 acre parcel on the southern border of 401 Harrington St. That parcel is 0 Harrington St.

Below is a map of the 0 Harrington St parcel outlined.

The 0 Harrington St parcel Metro acquired is for its forthcoming project: Maintenance of Way at 1615 Keene St (or may be 1603 Keene St)
