native_Houstonian Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 They were all over the place once.The Original One's a Meal was on West Gray, next door to the River Oaks Theater. My father used to have breakfast there before attending St. Thomas High School in the late 40's. It was out Tuesday night dinner spot for many years in the 70's.
