The developer broke ground on the property in January 2019, with EDI International serving as architect. This is Wood’s ninth completed or ongoing development in the metro. The four-story building at 9330 S Main St. houses studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 495 to 1,270 square feet. Highrise Tower Posted March 24 Share Posted March 24 Wood Partners sold the multifamily complex and now has been rebranded as Stadia Med Main. I see where they're going with the name, combing NRG Stadium and Medical Center into one. There is construction work going on within the property.
