One month after opening a 328-unit luxury residential property in Orlando, Fla., Wood Partners has officially opened Alta Med Main, a 338-unit luxury community in Houston’s Texas Medical Center district.

The developer broke ground on the property in January 2019, with EDI International serving as architect. This is Wood’s ninth completed or ongoing development in the metro.

The four-story building at 9330 S Main St. houses studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 495 to 1,270 square feet. All apartments have walk-in closets, Energy Star appliances and smart technology features.

Wood Partners sold the multifamily complex and now has been rebranded as Stadia Med Main.

I see where they're going with the name, combing NRG Stadium and Medical Center into one.

There is construction work going on within the property. Here's a photo I took this weekend.
