marc
Hey all, me again. i am looking for alternative Xmas songs for HS students. i already have Transiberian Orchestra, Sarah M., Jars of Clay. i think i remember a group who sort of sounded like Transiberian that i used to listen to, but once i got into them, i sort of lost touch. Any suggestions? Thanks, m.
AtticaFlinch
One song specifically: The Pogues' Fairytale of New York.If you're into the pop-punk stuff that was popular about a decade ago, the band No Use For A Name has a pretty cool uptempo cover of it. editor
Both iTunes and Amazon MP3 have free Christmas albums that sound like what you're looking for. The iTunes one is about 20 tracks, the Amazon is 30. Songs by groups like Weezer, and Glasvegas, Jars of Clay, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, among others.
