Looks like it's near a bayou but some distance from the refineries. Live Search shows it's kind of a "Y" in plan, which is interesting. Difficult to tell; headstock looks kind of like a Guild, but it might be one of those DeArmond rip off things. The Jaguar to the left looks nice. Big mistake to cover this stuff with drywall (as waaaay too many do). Lack of parallel walls would appeal to musicians as this is probably a good "sounding" house as well.
