Mod in Spring Branch

Here's one that just came on the market in Spring Branch on Eddystone.

I went and looked at it but the floor plan doesn't work for me because the den is too far from the rest of the living area. The kitchen looked original.

That one is a beauty. Entryway is really nice. Hope someone who appreciates its original design gets it. The treed setting of Spring Branch makes it ever better.

Frankly, I'd love my home office away from family distractions. I'll bet this is what the builders had in mind.

Actually not. The den was an addition onto the back of the house. It would have to be used as the main living area since the front room would be too small. It has multiple other rooms that would be perfect for an office though. It also had a nice workshop built onto the back of the garage. We would have snapped it up if the layout had been a little different. The original features were outstanding.
