The Bayou City tied with New York in having the highest percentage, 78 percent, of respondents whose businesses have a continuity plan in place.Rounding out the Top 10 were San Francisco, Boston, Memphis/Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Cleveland.
